• Our digital products and services are used by millions of people all over the world. • Looking for a Product Designer to join our team. • Design delightful, accessible, and empowering experiences for our users. • Use tools such as Figma and Slack to communicate and collaborate effectively. • Work as part of a cross-functional team passionate about meaningful and engaging experiences.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of working as a professional digital Product Designer or UI Designer • Experience creating detailed finessed UI designs that meet both business aims and user needs • Experience working with software engineers to design products that work within technical limitations • Understanding of UX research methodologies and how best to test designs with users • A proactive and self-starting nature, you should be a problem-solver and like to fix things along with being open to providing and receiving constructive feedback • Excellent communication skills, the ability to clearly articulate your thinking and present to teams across the organisation • Experience of working with a range of stakeholders • An interest in education, especially related to computer science, physical computing, and digital making for young people
