📋 Description
• The Data Analytics Lead will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making by developing data products, ensuring data accessibility, and fostering a culture of self-service analytics. • This role involves both hands-on data work and strategic enablement initiatives to equip analysts and business teams with the tools and knowledge needed to maximize the value of data. • While some individual contribution will be required to support other teams, the primary focus is on building scalable data enablement capabilities across the business.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in data analytics and enablement, with a focus on empowering non-technical users to leverage data effectively. • Strong hands-on skills in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI. • Experience designing and implementing scalable self-service analytics frameworks. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language. • Ability to work independently while also providing leadership and enablement to analysts and business teams. • Experience in an online marketplace or similar industry is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change in data literacy and self-service analytics adoption.
