• Position Summary: • RCX Sports is experiencing an explosive phase of growth, expanding its impact on youth sports across the country and into new international markets. • Through a platform-driven approach, we empower a growing network of League Operators to deliver safe, organized, and—most importantly—fun recreational league experiences across NFL FLAG, MLS GO, Jr. NBA Leagues, NHL Street, and emerging pilot programs. • The Platform Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing cross-functional collaboration and driving operational efficiency across key platform functions. • This role will provide hands-on support in scoping projects, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring that initiatives launch on time, within budget, and with measurable outcomes. • Acting as a central liaison between Growth, League Success Management, Program Management, Marketing, and Tech teams, the specialist will streamline workflows, enhance communication, and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that fuel growth and improve customer experience. • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in business operations, project management, and data analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Required Experience (At least 4 years): • Business Operations or Strategy: A background in business operations, process optimization, or strategy development is essential to streamline workflows, implement automation, and drive operational efficiencies. • Project Management: Strong background in managing cross-functional projects and working with multiple go-to-market and or tech departments to execute on business objectives. • Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and turning insights into actionable strategies. • Preferred Experience • Sales & Account Management: Prior experience in sales operations, account management, or customer success is a bonus for understanding customer needs, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. • Collaboration Systems: Prior experience with collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, Asana, Jira, Confluence and or Microsoft SharePoint preferred
