• Re7 Capital is a London-based cryptoasset investment firm. • Re7 utilises deep crypto network to drive investment decisions for DeFi and alpha strategies. • Looking for a talented DeFi Business Development person to support the Re7 Group. • Role involves establishing partnerships and sourcing crypto clients for Re7’s product suite. • Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with L1 foundations and distribution partners. • Work closely with the Re7 Labs team focused on scaling on-chain vaults. • Source clients for the broader product suite of Re7. • Prepare and manage various forms of sales collateral. • Attendance and participation at industry events. • Increase global brand awareness and reputation via speaking engagements.
• Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business in the crypto industry • 3+ years of sales experience across Crypto, TradFi or FinTech • Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base • Excellent communication skills,ability to influence a network of long-term relationships • Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
