Description

• Build Relationships: Develop and expand direct commercial relationships with key affiliate partners, top-tier retailers, and new potential partners. • Strategise and Analyse: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimise performance. • Champion the Cause: Be the go-to person for all things commercial for Affiliates, championing the affiliate cause across Reach. • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Editorial Affiliates, SEO, and Social teams to achieve targets and continuously improve best practices. • Report and Innovate: Regularly report performance, present results, and suggest innovative strategies to boost revenue and traffic.

Requirements

• A track record of driving success in the affiliate sector, with experience in achieving commercial goals and negotiating performance and fixed-fee deals. • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with experience using industry-standard tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush. • Understanding of SEO principles to plan for medium and long-term success. • Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. • Innovative mindset to seize short-term opportunities and drive continuous improvement. • Relevant experience in the affiliate industry with a substantial record of achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Experience working with affiliate-focused teams, both commercial and editorial. • Good understanding of key web technologies, including HTML and Javascript.
