Description

• Develop and implement a robust sales strategy targeting clients and PR agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights to expand our offerings. • Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape for effective positioning of our services. • Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with PR agencies, corporate clients, and media professionals to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. • Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions and strategic advice to help clients achieve their business objectives. • Work closely with internal teams including studio, solutions, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

Requirements

• B2B sales experience, especially within the buzzing worlds of PR, advertising, media, or communications. • You've nailed it when it comes to crafting strategic sales plans, juggling complex accounts, and hitting those all-important sales targets. • Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills make you a pro at influencing senior-level stakeholders with ease. • Managing sales pipelines? You've got that down to an art—from prioritising leads to sealing the deal. • Building strong connections with key players is your forte. • Your presentation and proposal skills are top-notch, captivating audiences every time. • You thrive both flying solo and working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting. • Results-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, you're always on the lookout for new opportunities. • A strategic thinker with a knack for solving problems like a pro. • Self-motivated and proactive, you adapt effortlessly to evolving business needs. • Your attention to detail and organisational skills are second to none.
