• Lead the preparation and filing of UK tax returns • Optimise Group tax attributes • Collaborate with external advisors on capital allowances • Manage quarterly corporation tax payments • Oversee the preparation of UK PSAs • Act as the primary contact for IR35 compliance • Review and approve quarterly VAT returns • Ensure robust internal controls over income tax accounting • Stay informed on evolving tax laws • Manage relationships with external advisors
Requirements
