Requirements
• 3–5 years of community management experience, ideally in gaming, or digital collectibles. • A deep understanding of collectibles concepts such as blockchain, digital ownership, and trends in gaming and virtual worlds. • Exceptional communication skills to craft engaging, platform-appropriate messages and foster strong relationships. • Proven ability to moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines effectively. • Creativity paired with strategic thinking. • A proactive approach to problem-solving, addressing community issues swiftly. • Expertise with platforms like Discord, X, and Telegram. • A data-driven mindset, using analytics to track growth and improve community engagement.
