Description
• Designers at Ready Set create brand-coherent graphic templates for ads. • They create static ads, web banners, landing pages, websites, and email marketing designs. • Be ready to adapt since the company tries to find new roads to experiment and perform. • Build custom graphic assets based on weekly ad needs. • Design static ads based on client needs and adhering to their brand guidelines. • Work with animators to create graphic sequences. • Be familiar with the native social world and design graphic assets as requested.
Requirements
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • You have experience designing content for social media. • Knowing your way around After Effects is a huge plus. • Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD as design and prototyping tools • Detail-oriented: You pay attention to details and are comfortable making sure things are just right. • Process-oriented and organized: Winging it drives you crazy. You strive to have repeatable and streamlined ways to get things done. • Reliable: You deliver on time and can be counted on. • Self-motivated and proactive. • Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity: we are a startup.
