• As a Performance & Creative Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading media buying strategies for our clients. • Your primary focus is on maximizing campaign performance, providing strategic insights, and mentoring junior team members. • This role requires exceptional analytical skills, deep knowledge of media buying platforms, and a strong ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. • Creative analysis is a fundamental key to our process. • Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of media strategy development, media planning and negotiating in agencies and/or brand environments. • Experience in Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max). • Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English, and the ability to distill and analyze reporting and data into compelling insights and actionable strategies for clients. • Deep expertise in leading $300,000+ media campaigns with a focus on driving revenue and customer acquisition for DTC brands using paid performance. • Direct response experience with full comprehension of business goals, CPA-orientated results, ROAS best practices; past experience and deep understanding of the e-commerce environment. • Passionate about creative optimization and insights finding. • Programmatic and app campaigns experience is desired.
