Description

•Design and present solutions to key stakeholders, including the customer, SDM, CTO and team •Communicate clearly and efficiently with other team members, as well as non-technical people •Create and extend new and existing .NET applications •Create and extend new or existing web applications using JavaScript frameworks, navigating technologies like React (Next.js and Remix) and/or Vue.js (Nuxt.js) •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features •Bug fixing and improving application performance •Participate in agile ceremonies such as attending daily stand-ups, sprint kick-off/planning and retrospectives, within an Agile/SCRUM environment •Produce quality code •Be responsible and accountable for the delivery of work that you have committed to •Continuously improving your knowledge, at work and at home •Translate user requirements into technical specifications and design documents •Break down user stories into tasks and estimations •Work in a peer-code-reviewed environment. Requirements

•3+ years experience as a software developer using modern .NET/C# and cloud platforms. •Deep understanding of advanced language features, design patterns, and best practices •Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, encompassing a range of technologies such as Vue.js (Nuxt.js) and React (Next.js or Remix). •Demonstrates the ability to work with modern front-end technologies, showcasing adaptability across various frameworks •Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively drive tasks and projects forward •Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering an environment of continued personal and professional growth •Demonstrates ethical conduct, professionalism, and integrity in interactions and decisions •Demonstrates a level of maturity and experience which enables them to step up during critical situations •Experience with Agile development methodology •Experience with Databases •Understanding of workflow-based logic •Strong attention to detail and analytical skills •Ability to tackle intricate problems by breaking these down into manageable parts •Excellent communication and negotiation skills - persuasively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
