Description

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with Realm Digital’s quality standards • Lead project planning, defining scope, deliverables, resource needs, timelines, and budgets • Utilise Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban, to manage projects, optimise workflows, and facilitate iterative development • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle • Conduct regular SCRUM meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance, to coordinate and execute project plans • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and promptly resolve issues to minimise impact on project outcomes • Prepare and present project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed and providing insight into project performance and progress • Champion process improvements, sharing best practices, and advocating for Agile principles within the team

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field would be advantageous • 4-6 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a technology or digital services environment • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban, with experience managing projects in these frameworks • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to managing challenges and mitigating project risks • Strong leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative environment, and motivating teams toward shared goals • Familiarity with project management software and tools, including Jira, ClickUp, or similar
