• SAFR from RealNetworks is a unified ecosystem specializing in face-based computer vision solutions optimized for real-world performance. • RealNetworks LLC seeks a motivated Sales/Solutions Engineer for SAFR™. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to our customers wanting to deploy SAFR. • Apply an extensive technical background to provide customer-facing services. • Troubleshoot complex issues with software and cameras for external customers. • Advise technology partners with the implementation of integrated solutions using SAFR SDK/API tools.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering-related field or equivalent • 3+ years’ experience as a systems engineer or technical support engineer for access control manufacturers or system integrators • Hands-on experience with Video Surveillance solutions and cameras installation • Access Control Systems including access control panels, readers and wiring/communications standards • Access control credentials and card formats • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Linux a plus) • Experience working with REST APIs • Excellent written and verbal communication and technology presentation skills.
