β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a skilled Lock System Support Technician to provide expert technical assistance for our client's mechanical and electronic lock systems, as well as low voltage wiring, primarily via phone. β’ This role involves troubleshooting, installation support, and customer guidance. β’ The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware, a strong understanding of mechanical and electronic principles, and excellent communication skills. β’ This position includes the opportunity for advanced training in our client's offices in China or the USA. β’ Provide expert technical support to customers over the phone regarding the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic lock systems and low voltage wiring. β’ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely through effective phone communication. β’ Guide customers through installation processes, including wiring diagrams and mechanical adjustments, using clear verbal instructions. β’ Document technical issues and solutions accurately. β’ Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed. β’ Participate in product training and stay updated on product knowledge. β’ Conduct remote troubleshooting via phone using customer descriptions and guided steps. β’ Potentially travel for on-site support (if required, but primarily phone based). β’ Attend advanced training in China or the USA to deepen product expertise.
