• Excellent communication skills for fostering engagement and building relationships • Adept at networking and establishing connections • Ability to think strategically and develop plans for community growth • Genuine passion for entrepreneurship and understanding of the start-up ecosystem • Creative and open to exploring innovative approaches to community engagement • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing challenges within the community • Crucial for understanding the needs and concerns of community members • Ability to adapt to changes and evolving community needs • Strong organizational skills for planning and executing events and initiatives • Basic knowledge of data analytics for measuring the success of community engagement initiatives • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for community building and promoting Reapra • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Prior experience in community building, preferably within the start-up or entrepreneurial space • A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving tangible outcomes in community growth and engagement • Proactive attitude towards self-improvement and staying informed about industry trends, ensuring personal and professional growth • Ability to engage C-level or other decision makers on a daily basis • High Proficiency in English will be preferred
