Description

• The Demand Generation Marketer at Rebound is a contract position, responsible for developing marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. • In this role, you’ll plan and execute programs to generate leads via events, SEM, email campaigns, retargeting, social advertising, and cooperative marketing with media partners. • You’ll also evaluate performance metrics to optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to grow pipeline. • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive consideration, engagement, and conversion across various channels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives. • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, events, and more. • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel and optimize conversion rates. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand buyer personas and identify opportunities for growth. • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. • Optimize landing pages, email templates, and other marketing assets to improve conversion rates and user experience. • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences. • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI. • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and improve our demand generation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • 7-10 years of proven experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or related roles, ideally with prior experience in the life sciences and technology industries. • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, SEO, and PPC. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make insight-driven decisions. • Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and driving results. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with workflow-driven nurture programs, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic design principles is a plus.
