• Responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for high-growth technology companies. • Work across multiple disciplines including messaging, brand marketing, content marketing, and demand generation. • Lead projects for clients of various sizes and levels of marketing maturity. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance clients’ brand or product presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives. • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels that acquire and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. • Understand customer solutions, market opportunities, competition, and target audiences to shape go-to-market programs. • Prioritize, oversee, and edit high-quality thought leadership and promotional content. • Analyze data to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and make adjustments to improve performance. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • MBA or relevant certification is a plus. • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally with prior experience in the life sciences and technology industries. • Expertise in brand marketing, product marketing, strategy development, and demand generation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Understanding of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to work with marketing ops specialists to execute campaigns. • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to report on project status, issues, and risks to executives. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team player who leads and collaborates effectively across teams. • Ability to manage other resources as needed to execute a project (e.g., writers, designers, marketing operations specialists).
