Description

• Support Rebrandly in achieving business goals and ensuring global compliance with legal and regulatory matters • Provide comprehensive legal support on commercial transactions in different jurisdictions • Advise on data protection compliance globally and review data protection policies and DPAs • Work with external counsel to manage Rebrandly's intellectual property portfolio • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Product, Tech, and Marketing to provide holistic legal assistance • Use best practices to improve productivity and business efficiency • Maintain and develop precedent agreements and stay up-to-date with regulatory developments • Manage and resolve commercial disputes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience post law school graduation, and possess a JD from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice in Ireland or the US • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed • Experience in remote first, high-growth tech/SAAS company focusing on US / EMEA • Excellent drafting and attention to detail • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Experience and enthusiasm to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally, cultivate strong relationships with business partners, and collaborate as a trusted advisor across the business • Significant experience advising on multi-jurisdictional matters and contract negotiations • Pragmatic and solutions-orientated with solid problem-solving and prioritization skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and legal landscape in a fast-paced environment • Broad legal knowledge enables you to identify and resolve various legal issues • Familiarity with legal tech tools and solutions for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness • High ownership, accountability, and pro-active and collaborative approach • Preferred blend of relevant law firm and in-house experience
