📋 Description
• Die Rolle des Lead Clinical Data Integration & AI Enablement (m/w/d) bei Recare konzentriert sich darauf, eine skalierbare und effiziente Datenarchitektur zu entwickeln. • Ziel ist es, über bestehende HL7- und FHIR-Schnittstellen hinaus Zugriff auf umfassendere klinische Informationen zu schaffen. • Die Person in dieser Rolle wird operativ arbeiten, technische Lösungen entwickeln und implementieren sowie eng mit internen AI-Teams und externen Klinik-IT-Partnern zusammenarbeiten. • Unterstützung bei Zertifizierungen und Audits im Bereich Datenverarbeitung. • Zusammenarbeit mit Klinik-Partnern, um erweiterte Datenzugänge zu ermöglichen.
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Krankenhaus-IT, KIS-Systemen und klinischen Datenformaten (HL7, FHIR, DICOM). • Du bist vertraut mit klinischen Dokumenten wie Arztbriefen und Medikationsplänen. • Du hast Erfahrung mit Datenintegration, APIs, ETL-Prozessen und dem Aufbau von Datenplattformen für AI. • Du kennst dich mit relevanten Technologien aus. • Du hast Erfahrung mit Machine Learning Data Pipelines und der Sicherstellung der Datenqualität. • Du bist vertraut mit der DSGVO und anderen Datenschutzanforderungen. • Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit dem Einsatz von AI-Technologie im Health-Data-Kontext. • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
