Description

• Lead the Fraud squad, defining priorities and directing activities to mitigate risks. Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection strategies. • Monitor and analyze fraud indicators, creating actionable reports and insights. Manage chargeback processes, aiming to minimize losses and optimize value recovery. • Collaborate with other departments (Technology, Operations, Customer Service) to develop integrated fraud prevention solutions. Conduct data analysis using SQL Server to identify suspicious patterns and opportunities for improvement. • Propose and oversee continuous improvement initiatives in fraud prevention processes. Stay updated on trends and new technologies related to fraud prevention.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product, with a focus on fraud prevention and combat. • Solid experience with chargeback processes and value recovery. • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with SQL Server. • Knowledge of anti-fraud techniques and tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
