Description

• RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil. • The platform streamlines payments for over 6 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance. • The expectation of the Sr. Product Analyst is to play a critical role in driving informed decision-making, optimizing loan offerings, and enhancing risk management strategies. • Analyze the lending portfolio to assess performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. • Leverage data analytics to inform strategies for optimizing loan offerings, pricing, and risk management. • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate clear results and persuade the audience. • Extensive experience as a product management analyst with a proven track record of implementing changes in KPIs. • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to help shape our lending strategy. • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that improve the lending portfolio. • Evaluate existing loan products based on performance data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics or Mathematics are preferred fields. • Experience in credit is a plus. • Experience with credit policies, BI tools, data analysis with SQL and Amplitude, and A/B testing is essential. • The candidate must have effective communication skills, a detailed and customer-centric approach, and be able to work independently and collaborate with the team.
