Description
•RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil. •The platform streamlines payments for over 6 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance. •We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Technical Leader who will be responsible for guiding a talented team of engineers towards excellence.
Requirements
•Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines. •Experience in team leadership. •A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management and development best practices. •Knowledge of Domain Oriented Design. •Knowledge of microservices architecture is an advantage. •Proven ability to design complex distributed applications designed for high performance and throughput, while being scalable and reliable. •Development experience using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka and AWS. •Experience with asynchronous programming. •Proven experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications and using monitoring tools to monitor production applications.
