Description
• Empower older adults to enhance their cardiovascular health through exercise • Lead group exercise sessions for individuals with cardiovascular issues via telehealth
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years experience running group fitness classes • At least one exercise specialty certification (Zumba, Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga) • Experience with special populations (geriatrics, diabetes, pulmonary) is a huge plus • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
