Description

• Create world-class user experiences that delight a diverse, global audience of Creators • Leverage design thinking to craft strategy and approach for impact • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to determine feature roadmaps • Work with designers across the company to share and improve best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience • Proven leadership, organizational, and execution skills • Experience working with 3D modeling tools (i.e. blender, Maya) • Experience working with game engines such as Unity or Unreal engine • Experience defining design vision and strategy for consumer products or games • Experience going through a full product lifecycle • Experience developing UX frameworks that create reusable solutions • Experience designing for various input devices • Experience working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team • Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in HCI, Interaction Design, Ergonomics, or equivalent work experience
