• Lead the end-to-end development of financial products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products. • Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance user experience. • Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the financial services or fintech industry. • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, financial analytics, and related technologies. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed strategic decisions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Proven track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
