📋 Description

• AI Engineer role focused on developing and optimizing AI Analyst GenAI product and Vision analytics platform. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to push the boundaries of AI-driven insights. • Build AI-driven analytics tools that extract, process, and present actionable recruitment insights. • Integrate multimodal AI solutions to improve predictive analytics and optimize AI models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, focusing on LLMs, NLP, and AI-powered analytics. • Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions in analytics, automation, or business intelligence. • Experience with GenAI models for insights generation, summarization, or interactive AI applications. • Strong Python skills with expertise in AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and NLP techniques. • Proficiency in data pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent). • Experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake). • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics visualization (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or similar) and AWS AI/ML services.
