Description
• Monthly journal entries to record Retro Billing activity. • Issuing of debit and credit notes to third party customers. • Balance sheet reconciliations related to Retro Program. • Monitoring financial activity between Innomar, manufacturers, and third-party customers. • Partnering with Retro project team on reporting issues. • Maintain records of routine and complex accounting transactions. • Ensure work is accurate, complete, and compliant with US GAAP. • Proactively manage relationships with Business Unit teams. • Prepare trend analysis and ad hoc accounting reports. • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in accounting required. • CPA designation or actively pursuing is preferred. • Ability to work with multiple teams across the organization. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. • Prior experience with complex accounting matters preferred. • Prior experience in SAGE is an asset. • Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry is an asset. • Strong knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
