📋 Description
• Responsible for managing customer Collection risk with accounts receivable portfolio • Oversee day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations including process efficiency and communication • Manage month-end close procedures and assess collection risk • Identify improvement opportunities and drive automation of collections processes • Create a high-energy culture grounded in customer service
🎯 Requirements
• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences • Normally requires four years of directly related and progressively responsible experience • Minimum two-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • Experience managing teams greater than 5 people • Ability to analyze problems and strategize to resolve them • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
