📋 Description

• Performs general administrative tasks including handling mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems. • Responsible for processing copayment requests for patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians. • Liaises with Program managers to meet copayment KPIs. • Establishes and maintains office files, makes appointments, arranges meeting rooms. • Compiles information from various sources for reports. • Audits and maintains reports checking for errors and discrepancies. • Drafts and types correspondence to internal and external contacts. • Manages multiple projects across departments. • Complies with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field. • 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role in a pharmaceutical setting. • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Adaptability to change and learn new skills. • Bilingual, French/English preferred.
