Description

• General administrative tasks such as handling the mail and maintenance of filing systems. • Processing copayment requests for patients, pharmacies, and physicians. • Liaising with program managers and accounting for accurate payments. • Maintaining office files and generating reports. • Managing multiple projects and maintaining positive working relationships.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field. • 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role in a pharmaceutical setting. • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Bilingualism, French/English is required.
