📋 Description
• Management of assigned projects and/or cases. • Adherence to company processes and protocols. • Telephone support and implementation of call-centre programs. • Document activities in the program specific database. • Participate in ongoing training and feedback processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Requires broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar fields. • A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service. • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset. • Ability to multitask and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Experience in medical and pharmaceutical field is an asset. • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
