📋 Description
• Process program registrations received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis • Ensure prompt updates to program database on an ongoing basis • Maintain effective communications with multiple external and internal customers • Maintain accurate electronic records of information regarding patient and program registrations, patient data, laboratory alerts, and requests for further information • Communicate with internal and external clients as deemed necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / data entry role in an office setting • Working experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries is an asset • College diploma or University degree in a related field • Proactive customer focus • Bilingualism: French and English is required
