Description

• Address customer issues like missed shipments and backorders; strives for prompt resolution. • Work with field sales associates in coordinating special orders, accepting quotations, typing, and manufacturer calls. • Ensure that the order process runs smoothly. • Process all phone, fax, mail, e-mail, dropship and verbal orders. • Provide accurate answers to customer questions and complaints; escalation when necessary. • Perform data entry for processing orders and accessing previous orders; research inquiries. • Assist customers with backorders by offering substitutions; contact manufacturers for delivery info. • Communicate with all departments within the Distribution Center and with field sales associates. • Liaison between customers and field sales associates. • Make suggestions to improve customer service operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong verbal and written English skills • Strong customer service skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Good decision making skills • Good analytical skills • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory management system • Able to work during Lithuanian holidays
