Description

• Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Digital Employee Experience team • Support the broader Communications organization • Work on exciting projects that enhance employee engagement with digital tools, platforms, and resources • Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics across employee communication channels • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving the digital employee experience • Collect, document, and confirm business requirements and functional specifications • Collaborate with business partners and developers for understanding • Create and manage work items in project Jira repository • Investigate and document issues and detailed requirements • Interact with staff to deliver documentation and facilitate discussions • Create engaging and informative digital content • Map content from legacy platforms to Digital Employee Experience platform • Develop multimedia content and participate in user testing sessions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future is required • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge or experience working in a team agile construct • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Enthusiasm for digital technology and its impact on the workplace • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment • Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization tools is a plus
