Description

• Responsible for one or more components of an overall project • Manage projects related to the design, build, and improvement of distribution facilities • Assist in the development of project charters • Manage assigned scope according to project charter • Coordinate activities with Project Director and other internal teams • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field • Experience managing automation or construction projects exceeding $5MM per project • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience planning and tracking projects using project management software • Seven (7) or more years of experience as a project manager, project engineer or related occupation • Prior experience in consulting, Six-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen is beneficial • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to lead dynamically and energize work teams • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
