📋 Description
• Deliver and manage complex IAM initiatives • Ensure IAM Services follow appropriate policies and procedures • Drive design and implementation of IAM processes and controls • Understand variety of IAM-related product suites • Partner with enterprise executives to support audits related to IAM • Lead development of enterprise security standards and guidelines • Support Business Unit and IT executives in prioritizing security initiatives • Manage, develop and mentor teams of IAM professionals • Provide guidance for IT projects on security, risk mitigation and compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience • Typically requires 7-10 years of combined IT and security work experience • Over 5 years’ experience designing and deploying IAM solutions at the enterprise level • Experience leading technical teams in a large and complex environment • Successful implementation of security control frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIST and PCI • Certification in Information Security relevant areas such as Audit (CISA), Security Management (CISM), Security Professional (CISSP) required
