Description

• Responsible for supporting the effective use and functionality of Secure Supply Chain Vision Systems • Complete all tasks associated with maintaining and supporting optimal system performance • Installation, optimization, programming, and training for Vision Systems • Provide ongoing support of Vision System installations and devices across distribution centers • Ensure effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules • Diagnose and repair Vision System equipment and Automated Picking System error conditions • Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintain records of work performed • Must be willing to work extended hours and travel as needed

Requirements

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Information Systems preferred • Technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education • Four (4) years related and progressively responsible experience • Strong industrial controls background preferred • Strong technical and operational knowledge of Computer Information Systems, mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment • Strong aptitude for repair and maintenance activities • Ability to read and interpret CAD layouts, electrical diagrams, and network topology drawings • Ability to test equipment and instrumentation systems • Ability to diagnose and repair industrial controls, electrical and mechanical issues • Skills to include an understanding of device addressing, network switches, etc. • Strong analytical skills, ability to resolve issues effectively
