Description

• Manage the quality investigations process for assigned programs/departments. • Manage the controlled documents workflow by collaborating with program/department leadership. • Manage and provide performance feedback for direct reports. • Conduct Quality Management Review meetings with leadership. • Implement continual process improvements related to assigned processes. • Provide timely communications to leadership regarding project status and issues. • Assist with external audits and coordination of responses with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in a scientific, healthcare or pharmaceutical field, or equivalent. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hosting external audits and management of multiple projects. • Industry certification in Quality or Clinical Research is an asset. • Adaptability to change and to learn new skills as required. • Bilingualism, French/English is an asset. • Strong knowledge in quality assurance principles and quality management. • Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA investigations. • Ability to develop and implement customized Quality Assurance procedures. • Well-developed leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
