📋 Description
• Seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our Commercial Technology team. • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes in Salesforce and other tools. • Collaborate with IT and commercial teams for technology solutions. • Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and IT organizations. • Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy. • Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications. • Document current business processes and may assist in business process redesign.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. • Three or more years of Salesforce analysis and configuration experience. • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops. • Salesforce certification(s) desired (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, or others). • Proficiency in Visio or flowchart software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
