Description

• Responsible for vision and direction of Identity Governance team • Manages implementation of Identity Governance processes and controls • Develops key reports on vulnerabilities for stakeholders • Advises on security initiatives and organizational objectives • Develops and implements security policies, procedures, and standards • Participates in budget creation and performance management • Validates security incidents and advises on remediation options • Provides leadership over corporate business resiliency • Designs and implements security strategies and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Security, Cyber Security, or related field • Master’s degree or equivalent experience desired • CISA certification highly desired • 7+ years relevant experience, 3+ years managerial • Implementation of security control frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST) • Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management principles • Experience with regulatory and SOX controls
