Description

• The ServiceNow Platform Architect will interface across all business areas, proactively assisting in defining project direction. • They conceive strategies, solutions, build consensus, and execute. • Involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, from kickoff through design and implementation. • Responsibilities include establishing architectural viewpoints and overseeing organization standards. • They mentor and coach less experienced staff and provide knowledge transfer across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience. • Typically has 15 or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment. • Minimum of three years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects. • Proficient communication skills and experience in mentoring/leading teams. • Deep understanding of business strategy and ability to translate strategy into system and technology solutions.
