Description

• Under general direction of the Manager – Software Development, contributes to software design and development activities • Designs, documents, tests, and modifies applications • Reviews requirements documents and develops solutions • Leads the effort in developing specifications and designs • Performs related engineering tasks • Mentors entry-level Engineers • Contributes to organizational goals and objectives

Requirements

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration or computer sciences • Completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years directly related experience • Thorough knowledge of business principles, processes, and technology • Knowledge of database structures and tuning databases for performance • Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
