Description

• Responsible for installing and troubleshooting customer facing technology offerings • Provides technical and consultative expertise at customer sites • Analyzes and troubleshoots computer-based systems and connectivity issues • Serves as subject matter expert for Nucleus Solutions’ technology offerings • Installs software and peripherals, troubleshoots hardware, software and networking problems • Adheres to standards and procedures for project reporting, problem resolutions and documentation • Conducts high level discussions with physicians regarding all aspects of Oncology • Manages customer product implementation projects

Requirements

• Requires broad training in fields such as information technology, computer science, management information systems, business administration, accountancy or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program • Requires a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience • Prior knowledge & working experience with Nucleus Solutions product - highly desired • Ability to travel up to 75% domestically • Strong computer skills in order to effectively diagnose mixed environment systems’ conflicts • Prior working experience or knowledge of PowerBI and SQL - nice to have • Strong relationship building skills • Superior MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PPT) • Strong understanding of current technologies in area of expertise • Demonstrate a basic understanding of business concepts and understand office flow; basic understanding and/or familiarity of the oncology market/practice • Demonstrate effective professional communication (written and verbal), presentation skills and training skills • Ability to work independently or within a team setting with minimal direction/supervision • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate to operational processes • Ability to understand operational processes and evaluate technical solutions • Strong analytical skills; attention to detail • Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; good time management skills
