• Build advanced cloud-native infrastructure and lead technical discussions. • Collaborate with Engineering Directors to redesign architecture. • Support resource planning and build career paths for aspiring Principal Engineers. • Mentor and advise teams while documenting processes and tracking metrics. • Drive continuous improvements in system stability, scalability, security, and operational excellence. • Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to boost development efficiency and security. • Lead multiple projects providing technical leadership and guidance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic Stack, and Beats within Kubernetes. • Experience with Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS). • Advanced knowledge of data encryption and cybersecurity best practices. • Extensive experience in DevOps/SRE, team management, and collaboration. • At least 8 or more years of experience in a DevOps/SRE team.
