Description

• You actively shape the product vision and develop the product strategy based on it. • You carry out market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities. • You define product roadmaps based on the product strategy and customer feedback. • You develop features and user stories to achieve the defined product goals. • You accompany the entire development and delivery process from start to finish. • You work closely with developers, designers, the sales team and other stakeholders. • You regularly evaluate product success using KPIs and derive optimization measures to improve the user experience and product acceptance. • You build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the public sector in order to better understand their requirements and needs.

Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of experience as a product manager, ideally in the SaaS sector. • You have a deep understanding of agile methods and experience in agile product development. • You are strong in analyzing market and user data and make data-based decisions. • You have experience in creating product roadmaps, features, user stories and specifications. • You are a strong communicator and know how to bring different stakeholders together. • You have strong strategic and analytical skills while also having a hands-on mentality. • Experience in the public sector is an advantage, but not a requirement. • You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
