Description

• Administration, support and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE, Zoom, five9, ThinkOwl). • Configurations of Freeswitch, FusionPBX, databases and more. • Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutions. • Technical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud services. • Collaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and features. • Planning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job. • Installation, configuration, administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware, Windows and Linux. • You will be responsible for processing technical incidents/changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training, ideally in the IT sector. • Experience in telephony & cloud. • Good knowledge of SIP, SBC, proxy, Linux and databases. • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word. • High customer and service orientation. • Knowledge of technical customer service or service desk and ticket systems desirable. • Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written). • Willingness to travel. • Participation in on-call duty. • Class B driving license.
