• The Associate Accountant will be responsible for compiling and reviewing financial information. • Preparing financial paperwork, assisting with payroll processing, maintaining records, and general administrative tasks. • Carrying out daily bookkeeping and record-keeping duties. • Assist with the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. • Aiding in tax and compliance matters, including preparing and submitting necessary documents. • Supporting accounts payable and receivable tasks. • Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data. • Supporting internal audits and assisting with external audit processes. • Assisting in the formation of the company's budgeting and forecasting activities. • Collaborating with various departments and teams to understand financial operations matters. • Staying current with industry trends and issues that could impact company strategy and performance.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Public Accounting experience a strong plus. • Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. • Experience in Quickbooks Online strongly preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
