📋 Description
• The App Marketing Manager will drive the growth of Redcare’s mobile app. • Manage, analyze, and optimize paid media app campaigns across various platforms. • Enhance the app's store presence by optimizing visuals and descriptions. • Implement app tracking and routing mechanisms with IT colleagues. • Identify growth opportunities through app marketing tests and initiatives. • Collaborate closely with IT and marketing teams for app marketing expertise.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: You have min. 2 years of professional experience in app marketing, with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement. • Technical Skills: You have hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and DSPs and are familiar with Mobile Measurement Partners like Adjust or AppsFlyer. Ideally, you are also familiar in App Store Optimization. • Testing mindset: You have the skillset to evaluate and execute tests to discover new app marketing growth opportunities. • Autonomous and Collaborative Work Style: You work independently with a high level of organization and with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic. You find pleasure in teaching and sharing app marketing knowledge to other departments and like to work in cross functional teams. • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and also have German skills. • Flexibility: You can work remotely a lot if you like, but are able to meet in the Berlin office at least once a month.
