📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Area Tech Lead to drive the technical strategy and execution for the Awareness Area of our e-commerce platform. • As the Area Tech Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Product Owner to align technical and product goals, steer cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance the shopping experience. • This role focuses on technical outcomes, architectural oversight, and cross-team alignment, while partnering with an Engineering People Manager to foster team growth and skill maturity of our engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on technical leadership and architecture. • Proven experience steering multiple cross-functional teams and delivering successful technical outcomes in a fast-paced environment. • Expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and scalable software solutions, particularly for high-traffic applications. • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product leaders to align technical and business goals. • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrate an end-to-end mindset by considering the entire value chain, ensuring that decisions and actions within your domain account for their potential impact on other parts of the company and align with broader organizational goals.
