Description
• Strategic leadership: drive the overarching vision for the Product Data Area to establish seamless data flow, automation, and business enablement. • Stakeholder collaboration: build strong partnerships with key stakeholders both within the product development department and within business. • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager for the Product Data Area to drive technical alignment and delivery. • Business enablement and automation: identify and implement opportunities for automation to optimize data flows, reduce dependencies, and improve processes. • Team leadership and people management: manage and develop a team of 2 Product Owners, with the potential to expand the team based on area needs.
Requirements
• Product ownership: hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. • Experience with products with high complexity and dependencies & developing and executing product roadmaps for more technical, platform products. • People development: you have led a team of Product Owners or Product Managers. • Strong listening skills, understanding team members' needs and challenges, and providing necessary support. • Ways of working: experience working with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles to daily work. • Ability to adapt and implement agile methodologies effectively. • Stakeholder management: track record of building strong connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy.
